What brokers do you support?

PrimeAlgo is currently running primarily on FBS, where the system currently manages several hedge funds and family offices. However, the system is also supported on the following brokerages: OX Securities, Forex.com, Vantage Markets, Fusion Markets, and Monaxa.

You are welcome to utilize PrimeAlgo on any FOREX brokerage of your choice, so long as it meets our criteria. For best results, we would suggest looking at the four noted here.

Is any manual management of the system required?

PrimeAlgo was designed to be a nearly completely hands-off system. However, it is a good idea to keep a general eye on performance, which you can do either by logging into your trading account or via your broker’s login. Additionally, we highly recommend all clients perform a “weekly housekeeping” checklist to ensure your platform is still connected to your brokerage. This has nothing to do with the software. Brokerages will disconnect from trading servers to perform maintenance, and sometimes the connections are not automatically reestablished. This weekly task takes no more than 2 – 3 minutes, and we will walk you through exactly how to do it. It can be done from anywhere with an internet connection via your VPS login.

Why do I need a VPS?

It isn’t so much that you need a VPS, but that you want one. A VPS means your system is operating independently of your home or office internet, power supply, laptop/desktop, etc. A VPS means your system operates in the cloud through a network of data-centers. This way if your power or internet go down or your laptop dies, etc., your system will keep functioning uninterrupted. A good VPS is inexpensive and easy to set up and adds a huge layer of security and peace of mind to your system. We would strongly advise not operating your system without one.

Do you have a money-back guarantee?

Yes, we do, and it’s quite simple: let our team set up your software (as opposed to doing this yourself), turn it on, and leave it running uninterrupted. If you aren’t profitable in 30-days, we’ll give you your licensing fee back if you request it.
